ส่งเมล์ผ่าน PHPBB3 ด้วย Gmail
บางทีก็งงๆ หาข้อสรุปไม่ได้เหมือนกันว่า ทำไมน้าถึงส่งเมลออกจากบอร์ด PHPBB3 ไม่ได้ครั้นจะไปไล่ดูที่ Server ก็ไม่ไหวสรุปเอา smtp ของ gmail มาใช้ส่งแทนเลยละกัน อย่างน้อยก็รับประกันได้ว่า Server ส่งเมลของ Google ไม่ล่มรายวันแน่นอน มาเริ่มกันเลยดีกว่า
ก่อนอื่นผมขอใช้ บอร์ดฟรีของ PHPBB3 เ็ป็นตัวใช้งาน ซึ่งตรงนี้สามารถนำไปใช้กับบอร์ดอื่นก็ได้นะ ที่มีลักษณะการตั้งค่าคล้ายๆ กันเ้ข้าไปที่ Adminpanel ก่่อนแล้วเลือกแท๊บ General -> Email Setting จะปรากฏหน้าจอดังรูป
ตั้งค่าตามรูปได้เลยครับ
ตรงส่วนที่ต้องเซ็ตค่าก็คือ SMTP setting เพราะเป็นส่วนที่เราจะระบุว่าให้ส่งผ่านช่องทางไหน งานนี้เราเลือก Gmail ครับ
- ช่ืองที่อยู่เซิฟเวอร์ SMTP : เราใส่เป็น ssl://smtp.gmail.com
- SMTP server Port : ใส่ค่า 465
- SMTP Username ใส่อีเมล์ที่เป็น Gmail ของเรา
- ส่วน password ก็ตัวใครตัวมันครับ
กด Submit เ็ป็นอันเรียบร้อย ได้ผลเป็นไง คุยกันได้นะครับ
